Anyone wondering whether the justice system is failing Canadians need look no further than the Kidd case. Should the charges against him stand up in court, you’d have to wonder why he was put back on the streets to reoffend after the first time, much less the third.
Grande Prairie RCMP told a press conference on Thursday, that back on April 17, a 14-year-old girl presented herself at the local detachment claiming to have been sexually assaulted by Kidd.
