As evening descended into night, a powerful Portuguese-type music, coupled with African beats rent the air, the music seemed to emanate from an automobile that soon came to a halt, and the music was loud and reverberating. As I opened my front door, a gentleman stepped out of the black car, he was dressed in all black with dark shades, he danced slowly with a tremendous amount of swag. He came towards me, arms outstretched, a half smile on his lips, and then he spoke —
