A charge of sexual abuse against a teacher breaks one of the most basic promises a school makes: that children will be safe there.

Families send their children to school with trust, believing those walls will protect them and help them grow.

When that trust is broken, the student suffers, the family grieves, the school is shaken, and the damage reaches far beyond one classroom.

Teaching has always held a responsibility far greater than any job description.

Islamic tradition places this role especially high. The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) described his own mission through teaching, linking education to guidance, character, and care. 

That idea still matters today because teachers help young people understand respect, confidence, limits, and their place in the world.

This is exactly why such charges cut so deep. 

The adult meant to teach students about boundaries stands accused of crossing those lines. The person brought in to guide becomes, in this account, the one who causes terrible harm. 

If a court finds these charges true, the act is both a serious crime and a deep betrayal of everything teaching stands for.

The law must come first. Every accusation calls for a proper investigation, student safety, and a fair hearing for the accused. Evidence must guide the process, while only a court can decide........
