Flagging AI slop is a good idea in principle, but skeptics have concerns.

Two months ago, LinkedIn vowed that it was planning to target low-quality AI posts that distract its users from finding value on the platform. Last week, it unveiled its most visible tool for doing so. But skeptics are already wondering if the feature will actually reduce AI slop or just make it harder for human eyes to detect.
