Over the past couple of years, businesses have rushed to acquire, test, and integrate artificial intelligence (AI) tools that promise to boost employee productivity by automating many their work tasks. But business consultancy Forrester warns that amid that generalized bustle to adopt the tech, many companies are forgetting a critical factor for harnessing its power: sufficiently training staff use it effectively enough to generate desired gains.
