Aviation giant Boeing appears to have ended its half-decade fever dream of bad news and even worse performance, thanks to last year’s internal production and quality control reforms that helped increase aircraft sales and delivery numbers. Heading into 2026, however, the main focus will be whether CEO Kelly Ortberg can restore the firm’s once widely admired workplace culture, and reunite a divided workforce to achieve further business success.
