“Will you come to my cottage this summer? Don’t go to Russia. Come to my house. We’ll have so much fun, It’s so private. No one will know. We could have a week or even two. We’d be completely alone together.”

That now-viral speech, which fictional Canadian hockey player Shane Hollander delivers from his hospital bed to his on-ice rival and off-ice love interest, Russian hockey player Ilya Rozanov in the hit show Heated Rivalry, has inspired countless TikTok videos, Reddit threads, memes, and even candles and back tattoos. Now, fans can live the moment themselves. The lakefront cottage in Torrance, Canada, where the two closeted hockey players spend a romantic vacation together during their summer offseason, is now available to rent.

The 400-square-foot, three-bedroom home on the western shores of Lake Muskoka, about a two-and-a-half-hour drive north of Toronto, was recently added to Airbnb. The listing coyly mentions that the property was “featured on a TV-hit show this season” without specifically naming Heated Rivalry, but fans of the breakout romance, which was based on a popular book series by Rachel Reid and averaged 10.6 million viewers per episode, will easily spot the glass walls and views from the scenes filmed there.

The property does not start accepting reservations until March 3, but Airbnb has already seen a surge in demand. Searches for properties in the Muskoka region have increased by 40 percent on the platform since late December, the company says.“We’ve seen incredible excitement around this lakefront cottage, especially as it’s captured the internet’s attention,” a spokesperson for Airbnb told Inc. “What makes this particular home so special is that it offers guests the opportunity to step into a space that already resonates deeply with so many.”

The cottage, which sleeps a maximum of six people, does not have a price listed yet, but Heated Rivalry was able to film there on the cheap. Executive producers Jacob Tierney and Brendan Brady told journalist Kara Swisher they kept production costs low by shooting all six episodes in 36 days. Each episode cost approximately $2.2 million. By comparison, The White Lotus, another hit show on streamer HBO Max, had a budget of $6 to $7 million per episode.

Despite a smaller budget, the show, which was produced by the Canadian streaming service Crave and distributed in the U.S. by HBO Max, quickly caught on with audiences when it premiered in November. The series has already been renewed for a second season, which is set to be released in 2027, giving fans plenty of time to book their cottage vacation before then.
