What started out as Dame Jilly Cooper’s string of novels about sex and scandal among the upper elite in the Cotswolds has now become Rivals – a nostalgic, unapologetically filthy, moustache-celebrating hit TV series on Disney .

Fans got a treat on Friday morning when they woke up to the first three episodes of season two, which are already going down a storm.

However, unlike last time around, when the whole series was made available to stream in one binge-able sitting, this time, Rivals is drawing the action out – and trying fans’ patience in the process.
