Q: I recently signed a contract for satellite television service. It seems that every time a thunderstorm passes through, I lose service or the system has to reboot. That causes me to miss much of the programming I'm trying to watch. How can I cancel my contract?
A: You generally cannot cancel satellite television service simply because bad weather is causing temporary signal outages.
