Educated yet unemployed

Jammu & Kashmir’s recent announcement of achieving a near-universal literacy rate of 98.43 percent marks an undeniable milestone. Education Minister Sakina Itoo rightly hailed this as a historic moment, crediting the relentless dedication of teachers, volunteers, officers, and more importantly, the learners themselves.
