This incident is shocking. That is to put it too mildly. We might need a different set of words and an entirely unlike expression to first capture what has happened. A minor kidnapped, raped and killed. Who can capture the enormity of horror in this crime. It is just not possible. The entire society is in a deep shock, and unsettled to the core. Now the question. What is to be done?

As a society our mourning is real only if we identify all the elements that contribute to such heinous crimes........
