Dear Janice: 'My new guy won’t stop bloody talking'

My new guy is fabulous in every way except one ... he won’t stop bloody talking!

At first, I assumed it was nerves, but months down the line, his incessant yapping is really getting on my nerves.

I’m at the stage where I stop myself asking him anything because I know he will then rant on and go into so much minute detail that I lose the will to live.

I tried to address the issue the other day, and I got a 20-minute talk on him talking!

If only he worked on batteries which you could remove now and then, your problem would be solved!

Bringing up his overtalking likely made him feel criticised, so he tried to defend/justify himself ... and you get another........
