Sinners received two awards during Sunday night’s Golden Globes, after being nominated for seven, third most among films. The drama about twin brothers whose return to their hometown to start a juke joint is threatened by the KKK and vampires was favored in several categories.

The film earned the trophy for Cinematic and Box Office Achievement, which was added in 2024 to recognize popular films that are sometimes overlooked at awards programs. Sinners earned almost $280 million domestically, finishing as the No. 7 film of the year in the United States.
