The Wolseley To Launch A Flagship Hotel In New York

The beloved London restaurant The Wolseley is expanding into a hotel brand next year, and New York will be the site of its flagship. Last week, Minor Hotels announced that The Wolseley Hotel New York will open in early 2027 and occupy a landmark building in the heart of Manhattan’s Theater District—a 1905 building originally built for The Lambs Club, America’s first professional theatrical club. With 76 rooms and suites, the design of the hotel will evoke the art deco grandeur of the Mayfair restaurant and will feature a speakeasy and a wellness center.
