The Vibrant Gujarat Regional Conferences have emerged as an innovative initiative, expanding the reach and impact of the successful Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit—a pathbreaking initiative pioneered under the visionary leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi during his tenure as Chief Minister of Gujarat. Over the years, the summit has evolved into one of the most reputed global platforms for business networking, knowledge sharing, and strategic partnerships focused on inclusive growth and sustainable development.

Continuing the success of the first two editions held in Mehsana and Rajkot, the Surat chapter representing South Gujarat also witnessed tremendous success. The government signed 2,792 MoUs worth ₹3,53,306 crore during the two-day conference, which are expected to generate 2.82 lakh direct employment opportunities in the coming years.

Chief Minister Shri Bhupendra Patel inaugurated the third Vibrant Gujarat Regional Conference (VGRC) in Surat and stated that the initiative is inspired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision to ensure that no region of the state is left behind and that each district’s potential is showcased on a global platform. He added that the South Gujarat VGRC will accelerate industrial development across Surat, Tapi, Navsari, Valsad, Dang, and Bharuch.
