I love me a good irony. You know, like when someone who runs for office with the promise to clean up corruption gets caught taking bribes once they get in office?

Yeah, that stuff cracks me up.

It makes me wonder if folks like that think we’re stupid, or if they think we just won’t notice because of all the other stuff going on in the world.

By the way, when an individual tries that stunt, I chalk it up to human weakness. You know, human failings are a part of all of us.

Of course, sometimes that can be taken to an extreme. Like when an entire presidential administration goes down that road, I really don’t know what to think.

Let’s take Kristi Noem’s comment about respecting law enforcement officers while they’re out there doing their jobs. Does she think we’re stupid and have forgotten what happened to the Capitol police officers........
