Superhuman and Decency
Scientists are making new discoveries every day, but many of them fall under the radar. Some of these findings are life-changing, while others expand our knowledge of the world around us. The top scientific innovations for 2025 come from academic teams around the world working on crop science, agriculture and food sustainability, biopharmaceutical research, healthcare and medical technologies, and innovations in chemistry, engineering, materials and energy. One of these that caught my attention was the night vision lenses. Look what the lenses do.
“Night-vision contact lenses: Scientists have developed a contact lens that makes it possible to see infrared light. This is a major step forward in wearable technology: it gives users night vision, helps people with color blindness perceive colors, and may even allow data transmission via infrared light signals.”
Some scientists call it a "super eye" or "superhuman eye." The first thing that came to my mind when I read the news was, how close have we come to Superhuman?
Today,........
