For all the elbows-up talk on Donald Trump, schools still teach kids that Canada is the problem. If it isn’t white supremacy, it’s toxic masculinity or some other problem that only radical teachers can solve.

Based on what I’ve seen in just the first two weeks of the school year, the Doug Ford government hasn’t done nearly enough to rein in Ontario’s education system.

Over the last several years, the Ontario government has placed eight different school boards under supervision. Those include the Thames Valley District School Board, Toronto District School Board, Toronto Catholic District School Board, Ottawa-Carleton District School Board, Dufferin-Peel Catholic District School Board, Near North District School Board, Peel District School Board and York Catholic District School Board.

As I’ve written several times over the years, the behaviour of school boards will one day be the main reason they are written out of existence. When they aren’t wasting taxpayer dollars on ridiculous trips, they are allowing........
