East Suffolk Council has granted permission for the development on land west of Locks Road in Westhall, near Halesworth, made up of 18 homes.

The scheme includes a mix of two, three, and four-bedroom properties, as well as five affordable homes.

The application was first lodged in 2023 but was delayed due to concerns over drainage, highways, and sewage infrastructure.
