HMO for adults with complex emotional launches expansion bid
A scheme has been lodged that could see five new studios created in an existing ten-bedroom house of multiple occupation (HMO) in Lowestoft.
Plans have been submitted to East Suffolk Council for an additional 10 cycle spaces and a staff bedroom for the site on Park Road.

Plans lodged by Mavam Estates said the company was "created specifically to support people with complex emotional needs which render them vulnerable and less able to live independently in the community".
