The approved plans will see the property located on Park Road, Lowestoft, increase from ten to 14 single-occupancy rooms through a single-storey side extension and reconfigured attic space.

Five self-contained studio flats will be created – two on the ground floor, one on the first floor, and two in the roof space – alongside a relocated staff office and bedroom at ground-floor level.
