Motorists have shared their frustration with the machines at Church Plain car park in Loddon, with several highlighting problems with obtaining the free two-hour ticket offered at the site.

Patrick Sparrow said he had to help three groups of people who were struggling to use the machines.

He wrote: "Firstly you have to press two buttons and the second one, the Green Tick, doesn't work easily.
