Man in his 50s still in hospital after serious A140 crash
The incident happened shortly before 8am on Tuesday, March 31, and involved a pedestrian and a black Volkswagen Golf on the A140 in Stuston.
He was taken to Addenbrooke’s Hospital with injuries initially described as potentially life-threatening.
His condition is now stable and his injuries are no longer considered as serious as first feared.
The road was closed for several hours, reopening at around 3.40pm on Tuesday afternoon.
Officers are now appealing for witnesses including any other motorists driving in the area around the time of the collision with a dashcam fitted in their vehicle, who are asked to review the footage for any material that may be of assistance.
