It’s part of the cluster’s aim to ensure that our industry is sustainable, for the planet and for the residents of our region, creating an industry that will support the UK’s net-zero aims, the economy, and build a workforce for the future.

As such, EastWind aims to engage with members of the community in as many ways as possible across the region. Some of the cluster’s upcoming events include the Royal Norfolk Show, a celebration event aimed at a younger audience and beach cleans in Essex.

Following EastWind’s presence at the Royal Norfolk Show’s STEMM Village in 2024, the cluster is back in 2025 to set up interactive exhibits demonstrating how turbines generate power and what careers look like in renewable energy.
