Man set to stand trial over motorcyclist's 200mph crash death
Matthew Flynn, founder of Stowmarket-based Terminal Velocity Events Limited, has been charged following the death of Martin McConnell, a former Pride of Britain nominee and military veteran.

The 58-year-old died in a crash at Tibenham Airfield during the Terminal Velocity show on July 23, 2023, when his Suzuki motorbike crashed off the runway after reaching speeds of more than 214mph.

Flynn has been charged with failure to discharge a duty under the Health and Safety at Work Act that people, not in the employment of Terminal Velocity Events Limited, were not exposed to health and safety risks between April 2020 and July 2023.
