Planners at Great Yarmouth Borough Council (GYBC) have refused plans to install three communication kiosks and also gain advertising consent in Great Yarmouth.

NWP Street Ltd had applied for planning permission to build the kiosks at three sites - outside North Quay, outside 3 Market Place and outside 113 Regent Road.

Planners at the borough council said the proposal for outside North Quay would be "harmful to the visual amenity of the area by virtue of its bulky........
