One trader left standing at Norfolk town market ahead of crunch debate on its future

One sole ‘two-day’ trader pitched up to trade at Great Yarmouth Market on Wednesday morning as fear grows over the potential "death" of a Norfolk trading institution.

It comes as opposition Labour councillors at Great Yarmouth tabled a motion calling on Great Yarmouth Borough Council to allow the traders back into a piazza area with their stalls on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
