Joe Tinker, 44, has been charged with driving his white Vauxhall Astra on Bridge Road in Lowestoft while above the legal limit of alcohol on November 24, 2025.

Appearing at Great Yarmouth Magistrates' Court, he pleaded not guilty to the charge.
