Peter Pegnall, 76, died on last month after witnesses saw him plummet from the top of a cliff, close to where the coastal path runs near to Sheringham Golf Club.

His body was found on the beach at the foot of the cliffs on the western edge of the town before emergency services arrived on the scene.

Police said his death was not being treated as suspicious.

An inquest opened at Norfolk Coroner's Court on Monday (June 8) by assistant coroner Robin Weyell confirmed the poet had been born on July........
