The Kings Head, on Norwich Street in Dereham, has been left empty since its closure in February 2025.

It was put on the market at an asking price of £450,000, but the sale was withdrawn earlier this year.

The venue could now see a new lease of life as it will be put under the hammer on October 21 at a guide price of £200,000.
