RAF West Raynham had previously served as a major operational site during the Second World War and Cold War.

It closed down in 1994 and the station headquarters was left abandoned for a number of years.

The building, which was on the verge of becoming derelict, has since been renovated by Veterans Central, which has spent nearly 45,000 hours since March 2023 restoring the site.

The charity is now looking to undertake further works by installing three new disability access ramps.
