The development, put forward by Mr Peter Howell, would be located east of Pump Street in North Elmham if approved.

Each home would be two storeys, with the scale and height similar to properties within the area.

A total of two parking spaces are to be featured at each property, along with a private garden and vehicular/pedestrian access off the main road.
