NR20 Developments was hoping to create the properties on Grange Farm in Etling Green.

The proposals would have seen up to two three-bed and four-bed homes being built on the land.

Plans for the homes had been refused by Breckland Council due to concerns that the development would result in "a significant intrusion into the rural landscape".
