Sizewell C has teamed up with Pathways Care Farm in Lowestoft to launch a two-year employability programme.

Backed by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), it is aimed at supporting people who have struggled to access employment, education or training.

The scheme combines hands-on learning at the Lowestoft charity's farm with training delivered by Sizewell C’s education partners, helping participants develop key skills and build confidence.
