The owners of Southwold Pier hope to install a trampoline amusement feature and ticket kiosk on the promenade at Pier Pavilion on North Parade in the town.

Plans lodged with East Suffolk Council by the applicants and Pier owners Charles and Amy Barwick - who purchased the 810-foot landmark in March 2024 - centre around "Installation of trampoline amusement and paybooth adjacent to outside seating area" at Pier Pavilion.

The scheme is being earmarked to be given the green light, with East Suffolk's planning committee north set to vote on........
