Norwich businesswomen behind award-winning salon

Co-owners Jade Ramm, 32 and Martha Frosdick, 26, who run The Salon, in Costessey, have been awarded Fresha Best in Class 2026, recognising the outstanding customer experience they have built while continuing to invest in the next generation of hair and beauty professionals.

Alongside the success of the salon, the pair have developed The Salon Academy, which provides accredited online training courses to students across the UK and internationally.

Their successful partnership spans more than a decade.

Jade bought The Salon in 2013 when she was just 19 years old, determined to build a business centred on high standards, opportunity and developing young talent.
