Elsewhere (UK) Limited, ran by entrepreneur Darren Anthony Swayne, was ordered to be wound up by the High Court earlier this year.

The winding-up petition was brought by HMRC, claiming to be a creditor of the company, with the court making the compulsory liquidation order on July 1.

The company ran corporate retreats and events at Hill House in Saxlingham Nethergate.

The Grade II-listed manor house had become one of Norfolk's most controversial hospitality venues.

And the collapse comes less than two years after the business secured a major planning victory.
