They were found during a recent Hanson Auctioneers valuation day near Roughton.

The mid-18th-century figures, expected to fetch up to £5,000 at auction, were discovered by Adam Schoon, the Asian art specialist known to viewers of the BBC’s Antiques Roadshow.
