The drivers were caught within an hour in a recent Close Pass operation in Thetford after being observed carrying out manoeuvres that could have put cyclists at risk.

This initiative, run by Norfolk Constabulary, uses plain-clothed officers on bicycles to identify drivers who fail to leave enough room when passing cyclists.
