East Anglia Ultrasound Services, based on Aylsham Industrial Estate, was assessed by the Care Quality Commission on June 30, 2026, in a follow-up inspection examining progress since a July 2025 visit.  

The earlier inspection found breaches of regulations relating to safe care and treatment, person-centred care, safeguarding and governance.  

But the CQC said the service had now completed the actions required under its Section 29 warning notices and was no longer in breach of regulations.  

Safe, effective and well-led categories were upgraded from requires........
