Broadland District Council refused the Cawston application after more than a year of objections over traffic and road safety.  

EF Harrold Limited had applied to relocate Sprint Xpress Ltd from Hurricane Way in Norwich to The Hangar on Heydon Road, Cawston. 

The application was seeking permission to change the use of two existing buildings and an extensive concrete yard from agricultural storage and vehicle/equipment hire and servicing to Class B8 storage and distribution.
