Gavin and Victoria Hunt have run The Fox at Lyng for 13 years but will be handing over the keys on April 13, and new faces will be taking the reins.

The pair decided to take a step back from the venue for "health and family reasons".

“This has been an incredibly difficult decision, but the right one for our family,” the couple said.

However, they will continue their full-time involvement at their other venue, The Lodge Griddle & Grill.

As part of their next chapter, they have opened a new vintage country clothing shop, called Heritage Relived, at the pub in Tuddenham.

It features a selection of high-end clothing brands, including Fairfax & Favor, Barbour, Ariat, Holland Cooper, and House of Bruar.

"Letting go of The Fox has been one of the hardest decisions we’ve ever made," Mrs Hunt said.

"But we’ve decided to refocus our efforts on more time with our family and at The Lodge, our original pub, which we’ve built from the ground up over the last 19 years.

"We’re excited to see this new chapter unfold".
