Greater Anglia has launched its Spring Hare Fares, which are available to book until March 19 for travel between March 11 and April 22.

Passengers will be able to get a return journey from Norwich to Cambridge for £15 and a trip to London for £40.

Those wanting to enjoy a day at the coast can get a return journey to Sheringham, Lowestoft or Great Yarmouth for £8 from Norwich.

Martin Moran, commercial director at Greater Anglia, said: "Travelling by train is cheaper than you think and our new bargain Hare Fares mean people can travel for less this spring.

"Our region has so much to offer, and whether it’s a trip to the city or coast, shopping or sightseeing, we’re giving people more money to spend on having a great time by helping them save money on their train fare."

For off-peak day returns across the Greater Anglia network, children can travel for just £2 each.

Hare Fares are only available for booking online at greateranglia.co.uk or through the Greater Anglia app.
