1. The famous windmill

Cley Windmill is one of the most recognisable landmarks on the north Norfolk coast.
The Grade II-listed, five-storey tower mill stands beside the River Glaven, overlooking Cley’s marshes and out towards the sea.
The mill was first advertised for sale as “newly erected” in 1819 and operated as a working flour mill until 1921 before it was later converted into holiday accommodation and opened as a guesthouse in 1983.
