Plans for coffee shop approved despite neighbour's 'serious concerns'
People living near the Kind Coffee in Oval Road, Costessey, raised issues around how the proposal for seating outside the shop would affect the area.
Increases in noise at the shop, which opened in September last year, as well as increased traffic issues and the effect on people's quality of life were some of the issues raised.
Despite these concerns, South Norfolk Council approved the plans.
