Last ditch attempt to stop city dentist being turned into a home
A total of 96 people have pleaded with Norwich City Council to reject the proposals at Cotman House near the Cathedral prior to the September 3 decision date.
The plans, lodged by Dean Shields of Domus Management Ltd last month, detail the conversion of the dental surgery at St Martin at Palace Plain into a two-bed home.
Locals say they're "horrified" by the plans, while many are worried that the "loss of a vital service" will be nothing but a detriment to the city.
