Decision made to convert 'dilapidated' site into new home
A new four-bed house in Leopold Road has been approved by Norwich City Council this week.
It will see the space divided into two sites to allow for the new development and is said to provide "a modern family house" for an existing member of the applicant's family.
The design statement, from agents Goose Architecture, said: "To develop a residential dwelling in the garden of number four, for the use of a growing family.
"The project seeks to re-imagine two dilapidated garages on the site and replace them with one four-bedroom family home for the current site owners' family member.
