Patron, located at Earlham House, in Earlham Road was told it required major improvement after an inspection from Norwich City Council on July 12.

The Food Standards Agency (FSA) reports says a major improvement is required in its hygienic food handling, including preparation, cooking, re-heating, cooling and storage.

Improvement was also noted for the business' system or checks in place to ensure that food sold or served is safe to eat.

This includes evidence that staff know about food safety and the food safety officer has confidence that standards........
