Calls for second proposal for digital billboard to be rejected again

Defiant advertising firm, InSchool Media, recently submitted a second application for a "digital poster" at the junction in Mile Cross Lane after the first was refused by Norwich City Council.

The firm claims the 10ft high by 20ft wide sign would "not distract motorists and cyclists" despite concerns raised by both the public and the council.

And the second application has not gone unnoticed by those who were concerned about the previous proposal - reiterating........
