Illiyin Morrison says her mantra, "we can do hard things", which stemmed from a conversation with the TV personality during Bake Off in 2024, has propelled her to plan an exciting event.

The baker said Ms Hammond's words of wisdom were much appreciated during a "tough" challenge in one episode of the show.
